Artist Portfolio Template and Admin Panel

I'm looking for a flash template similar to this one: [login to view URL] I need all of the text, links, images and ideally the color scheme and music to be controlled through an easy-to-use admin panel. The admin panel should automatically resize images and create thumbnails and put those images into thumbnails and images folders. The site does not need to have fancy animation like the template. Simple fades are preferred. Functionality and ease of use are what we need you to deliver. Graphics can be finalized at a later date. Ideally the project should be created with Flash and PHP although we are open to other options if you have a convincing enough reason. The admin panel should be easy enough for anyone to use. Upon completion we expect to receive all of the final assets as well as all of the source files and code. All code should be commented and laid out in such a way that someone else can make changes to the site or admin panel's look or functionality as easily as possible. We also expect a simple document explaining which files do what and the general flow of data. Please show samples of similar work. Thank You
