Add pages to my site for ecards & animate

I want to add pages to my existing web site for me to allow useres to send a typical Free e card . 1. I need someone to animate some of the graphics on the cards that I will provide and will advise you which graphics to animate. I will provide all artwork and graphics. 2. I need the webpage designed which will allow me to upload future ecard designs myself specific to certain holidays. 3. I need the bidder to provide the function for sending the card to the email address provided by the user and for the user to be able to know when the card has been opened. 4. I need you to provide a function for the user to be able to type in a message for the card. 5. I need them to pick the card up via a link (url) to my existing web site so that I can increase the hits to my web site. The cards will be free so there will not be any payment function needed
