Add flash animation to a couple of links

I have a photoshop image that will serve as my index page. The image has 3 garbage cans in it. The garbage cans need to be active link areas. Heres the animation I want: upon mouse over on the cans, a fly buzzes out and flies around. It's flight path is traced by dotted lines and the dotted lines spell out the name of the link kind of like when airplanes write a word in the sky with smoke. after a few seconds, the lines fade. I'd like this done this week. If this one goes well, I will have another similar one to do and you can bid on that afterward if you want and I'll give you first "dibs".
