A web based billing and certificate issue system for an training company.

This project is about total computerisation of our accounting and certificate issue system. We are a computer training company having multiple locations. Most of our students pay in Lumpsum or installments. Every student is issued an invoice at the start of a course. Recipts are issued at latter stage on each installment recived. Our students of a particular course complete the course and they are certified after exam and payment. currently we ahve online verification of the certificates with unique validation number printed on the certificates using ASP and Access. We want that the branch office should have the capability to upload the database once in week or month if they are not online always. The certificate printing should be automatic once the deatails have been checked and cleared manually. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
