Design Websites for Startup Business Based In UK

I get many requests for simple Web Sites for startup business based in the UK. Normally, the client just wants a very basic 3 page Web site which consists of: Home Page Our Services Contact Us I want someone who can do this on a regular basis (between 1 to 5 websites a week). All graphics,text,content are at your own discretion. But, content should be relevant to the business, of course! The only requirement is the contact us page should have a google map of the address of the business and it should have a contact form which will send an email to a specified e-mail account. All the work can be done using just bear HTML, apart from - perhaps - the contact page. I prefer using ASP.NET (c# or vb.net).
