Debug Joomla site. visiting user permissions not working properly

**Debug Joomla site.** Several pages on my website are not working as they should. The setting of these pages are set to Public. However, the pages are coming back restricted to registered users only. I want these pages to be open to the public. Actually, I want the settings from the admin pages to work. Try this page: [login to view URL] Then click on the first book listed, "Carpentry & Building Construction." You should see the book page. However, you'll get an error "You are not authorized to view this resource. You need to login." This page is set to allow anyone to see it. I've included two screen shots of the admin setting pages for this page. This is just one of the pages that's having trouble. This may be a simple setting someplace that is being triggered by something in the database. This job will likely require: database work.
