i have a new dating website and i need a chat system custom built. i want the members of the site to be able to chat with each other one on one. the system needs to keep track of the chat session as pay per minute. the would be a live chat which is no video just text. then video chat which is texting and video streaming. i am including a file with more detailed explanation

Hi, The streaming part can be done using flash and javascript. For this project, you want the whole chat system to be implemented as mentioned in the attached document, right? text and video. Regarding implementation: would the 'ladies' be all employees of the dating site? What I mean by this: would the so called customer be able to discuss only with employees? or also with other members?
