Dataming with wound-data

With a new instrument doctors and nurses will be able there is a new instrument to measure wounds of patients very accurately. The instrument measures length, depth and width of wounds and calculates them for square size, circumference and relative volume of a wound. The tool that has to be developed has to build charts from the data that is inserted of the measurements. fe. Patient A's wound is measured 5 times a week over a period of 6 weeks. The chart has to display the progress of the wound during that time but also (by clicking a button) the moisture level of the wound etc. Patient A must be comparable with Patient B. The prototype consists of 5 pages (see deliverables) and has to be completely in English. ## Deliverables * Optional login system * Insert wound data form with verification page * Graphical page with progress of wound in chart for selected patient: Charts have to be made per patient with: length progress width progress depth progress volume progress square progress circumference progress necrotic progress granulation progress sloughy progress * And 1 comparisation page containing the same charts as described above only with comparisation possibility between Patient A and B * Language English * code fully commented 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Webbased PHP script with MySQL database.
