Database additions

I have a database which contains fields of employees for a particular labour company. It has four tables, one of which is the main table with information on all employees and all information contained therin. A set of bullet points of requirements as follows: - Need the DB so information is not duplicated accross different tables (your discretion to figure out). - It needs to be abe to be altered by a third party with little or no knowledge of access, so a good GUI (or some such) is required to change fields on a day to day basis. - Information of employees needs to be able to be put into a 'template' like letter at the push of a button, so letters can be sent to prospective employees. - A system whereby labels, with names and addresses of employess can be printed off with ease and at the touch of a button. - A box whereby an image 'mugshot' of a particular employee can be attributed to that individual. Please note. This database is changed on a day to day basis by someone with little or no knowledge of Access. A need it to look like a good GUI with maybe company header on it. There is one database involved with 4 tables at present with over 200 records in each. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Access XP, et al.
