Data Entry Page for Ruby On Rails Project

I have a larger project in the works, however, while I'm spec'ing it out I need a small data-entry portion of it built. This needs to be built using Ruby On Rails and MySQL. It will need to do the following: * Allow someone to login to make modifications * Allow a superuser (me) to go in and create users and grant others superuser rights (to create users) * Allow use to add and edit locations * Allow user to enter text in several fields for an item, and decide whether that item is "active" or not * Using the Google Maps API Geocode portion, populate a Lattitude/Longitude box from the address * View a list of active/inactive items and edit them In the end this should comprise 3 pages or so. It should be able to be built using scaffolds. No look-and-feel design needs to be done at this time, it can be black and white text/text boxes. This is part of a larger body of work which the winning bidder, if competent, will have first shot at. Upon bed acceptance, I will communicate fields to be populated. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Needs to operate in FireFox and I.E. (latest) using Ruby On Rails and MySQL.
