DNN Informational Website

I would like a DNN site built for use as an informational website for a small business (not for e-commerce). I have all the content and can fill that in, have a domain name, but I need the site built in a rather rapid time frame with a placeholder page with basic contact / about us info while the site is being built. ***We also need Live Chat and Call Now features on the site. We can purchase these services, but the site needs to be designed with them.*** In the very near future would like to add video to the site, so planning and designing for that is essential when the site is built, including an area for videos and other communications. Customers need to be able to download information, white papers, etc. in exchange for their contact information. Need to collect customer data, broadcast emails / newsletters, manage access to site, etc. ***************************************** I'd like the site to have the look and feel of <[login to view URL]>. ***************************************** I can purchase/provide pictures for the site if needed, but I expect your bid to be lower then. I can provide content in MS Word format so you can convert into html, but I think DNN will allow me to enter directly in and convert for me - if this is so, placeholder text will do. I can provide a site map, if necessary. If need be, I may use you for additional work / maintenance on the site if I am pleased with the work, quality and speed. Please ask me any questions!!! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s)/ website in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP, common browsers (internet explorer, mozilla, etc.) Please ask me any questions!!!
