DHTML Pop-Overs(repost)

I am looking to create two separate features for DHTML pop-over functions, one for basic navigation and another for product information. **Examples: **[[login to view URL]][1] (eng ver): Want to achieve the animated pop-over link box that happens when you hover over the “See All Product Categories?? tab. [[login to view URL]][2] (eng ver): Once you choose a gender category and select a department, I want to achieve a similar action with the “Quick Look?? pop-over product information box. **Requirements: **Needs to load fast ??" would prefer if the pop-over content is loaded as a separate http request instead of forcing user to load very large html file initially. Needs to be easy to edit, update, redesign and all of that good stuff Needs to be compatible with popular current browsers Built using PHP <= 4.4.2 Able to be integrated with Zen-Cart (v1.2.7) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
