I need a modification developed for the MODx content management system. I have a HTML form that collects data about people applying for life insurance. I need to tie this form in with out MODx installation so that it: -Associates the applicationform data with a Web User account, which gets created when the form is filled out. -Sends the applicant their login information automatically. -Allows the applicant to log into MODx and view their data -Allows the MODx admins to log in and update the data, update the status of the application, and send email to the Web User.
## Deliverables
To clarify, "Staff" refers to the MODx admin. "Client" refers to the life insurance applicant. The web form already exists (it's huge), and it currently stores each submission to a MySQL database. Integration of the web form with MODx: --The web form is filled out by a Staff member, not the Client. When it is submitted, a new Web User gets created in MODx. --Web User login credentials are sent to the Client automatically. --The Client can log into their MODx account and see their application data (but not edit it). There will be a "Status" area where the Staff can leave them messages, each message getting logged with date and time left. --The Staff can log into MODx to view the Client data, edit it, and leave messages in the Status area.
## Platform
Currently MODx is installed, using a custom theme, on a PHP and MySQL enabled Linux account running on a VPS server.
