Custom Article Software / Database

Our company needs custom article database software. We need outside companies to be able to submit articles with a photo for us to review and post on our website. The article database must give us admin privileges and automatically create directories and static web pages from the articles. In exchange for us publishing the articles, the companies will either link to the article and to our index, or pay us via paypal or similar utility. We need software to check these links regularly and a paypal button to let them pay if they do not wish to create links to us. If they choose to pay, we need the database to re-bill them after a given period of time, either one month or one year. Directories will need to be established by STATE and then by DESTINATION, articles will be listed under the destination. Each article must have a brief, preferably with a thumbnail photo. These briefs will be listed on the destination page along with a link to the full article. Each article page need to have a link back to the index of our website. [login to view URL] is the form we are currently using to collect information. We would like to be able to give or take away options based on what a client is willing to pay or link to. One of the options we need is for them to link to us and for us to check the links both in the admin panel, and automatically on a regular basis. A common example of this is link exchange directory software. If their link cannot be found, we need the database to warn them and then remove them after a given period of time. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must work in most common internet browsers
