Custom MS ACCESS MENU UI RIBBON

Quiet Simple this one, i have a database project that will be finished in the next 14 days or so, I need the Menu system which is currently done in/by forms to be transfered over to a UI RIBBON SYSTEM. All up there is about 8-10 Menu poages which range between 4 buttons and 12 buttons average would be about 7-8. It needs to be using icons that represent the certain Menus fields, For instance Sales, Clients Training etc etc etc. The database has a log in box, so i will need that login transfered the UI ounce the person has logged in & also be able to update how many messages they have. Because of what the database is and holds i will only be able to send through the forms and a couple of certain tables. IE You will not get the whole database to work off. Only Menu Forms and the Employees table & Employee Messages table. Also i need the Namespace for the XML Schema UI Ribbon to be RUN/STORED LOCALLY. *<customUI xmlns="[login to view URL]" xmlns:x="myNameSpace"> * That is how it is declared normally i need it to look at a folder on the C Drive or on a Network Drive.
