Create An HTML/CSS Template From A Model Page

This is as simple, straightforward template design project. And should be quick and easy for anyone with expertise in HTML and CSS webpage design. We're looking to model/recreate a webpage that we like on the web so we can modify and use it as a template for some info-websites we plan to create. [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Basically we're looking to re-create the general "look and feel" of these pages under the following conditions. We'd like the page to * Use SIMPLE HTML code (W/O unnecessary div tags, etc.) * Set up a 3 column header bar that leaves placeholders for 2 separate images and a blank background that we can overwrite with html text for the page name/title on the far right. * Use a placeholder where the Google adsense Code will show up * Completely IGNORE/OMIT the Search box in the upper right corner of the navbar * Completely IGNORE/OMIT the Wordpress "comment box" at the bottom of the text area * And use CSS Style sheets to give us flexibility To modify page colors, fonts, etc. on each section/area throughout the page We plan to primarily use the "Large Square" google adsense format (like the one on the "Tom and Katie Are Neighbors" page) and would like to have the Headline and Text wrap around the google box if possible - as it does on that page Plus we want an alternate version that includes the "wide banner" sized google adsense format and has the headline and text span the Table as it does on the main "Tom and Katie" page. (That should be an ultra-quick tweak.) Please let me know if you would like to take on this quick and easy template design project. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
