Create ASP or PHP version of Perl Script Based on Vendor Specs

We currently process donations on our website via forms that post to a perl script based on specifications provided by our payment processor, Sage. The perl script then posts the transaction to a secure url provided by sage. It interprets a response and posts an acceptance or rejection to page and presents it to the customer. It then emails info to certain people based on whether the transaction was a success or a failure. Finally it records info to a flat file csv based database that is wiped every 24 hours. We need this process converted to an ASP or ASP.net or PHP solution that will work on our new dedicated Windows server. I have attached the relevant perl files, the specifications from the payment processor that includes base examples of the processing script, and one of our donation pages. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows Server 2003, IIS 6, ASP or ASP.net or PHP
