Convert to TTF

The project involve converting PDF or AI file to TTF. Attached ZIP contain two files with letters and signs (content of the files are equal, just different format of the files). You must convert them to True Type Font (TTF). There will be 10 files that have to be converted to TTF. So, what I want from you is to quote price for converting for all 10 files and to send me one example in TTF, from attached files. Bid without full worked example will not be considered.
