Company web site

We need a company web site to be designed and implemented for a tech. company specialized in software solutions. We would like to see the design easy to use, functional and that will allow us to add pages and to update the content easily without needing a re-design. It should use simple lines, elegant and technology elements that can be represented by abstract designs. Should combine light colors in a serious and professional way. We would also have the facility to run demos that can be small video files. The site should contain the following pages and elements: Menu 1. Corporate About us 2. Solutions: This section will include the different company’s solutions 3. Areas of expertise 4. Services 5. Downloads-- to access this section a log in from clients is required. Login area - will validate for the login to go into restricted pages. The restricted pages are not available yet. 6. News & Events 7. Support: Users will be able to post support request. A page with the detailed fields will be provided to the appointed developer 8. Contact us Menus: Each of these areas should be in a top menu. Once inside any of this areas there will be a left menu for specific info. There should be some type of animation effect when mouse is over a menu option it can be a change of color. Banner - The banner should use the logo of the company to be provided and have animation. It does not needs to be in flash. The full site should be in HTML. The programming language needed for the login and support area then it should be PHP and MySQL. We will provide the content and the seller should provide the rest. As an additional feature we would like also to receive a notification when a new request for support has been posted and also a page to be accessed only by us to enter the resolution of the problem. We will req. 3 designs to choose from. As a tip we like Apple.com. These are guidelines to give a clearer idea of what we want but feel free to provide recommendations. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
