Clone (simple)

This one shouldn't take too long, but be sure to read the Deliverables section. Here's what I'm looking for: This will be a complete web site, not just a simple layout page. Some content will be provided, others must be generated. Total number of pages is only a going to be a few thousand or so. Site functionality should be identical to microsoft.com. Graphics need to be created so it doesn't look copied. Internationalization needs to be considered, but translation of content will be handled separately. The profile management system is optional, but a nice touch. The standard functionality applies (links to product info, downloads, etc.) A knowledge-base system needs to be a part of this. Currently everything is in text files, so there should also be a way to import into a database. Data models and ERD diagrams must be prepared to ensure correctness and pave the way for future improvements. If you do a good job, you'll automatically get priority for the next project, which is to clone the products as well (sql, office, windows, etc.) The payment for this would be much higher (3x or more). ## Deliverables 1) Signed agreement concerning confidentiality and 15-year non-competition statement encompassing all computer languages and hardware platforms used, as well as human languages and non-verbal communication forms, including hand gestures and electronic messaging systems. 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Revision control (SCM) archive of all code changes made throughout development process to be delivered on electronic media storage system (either fixed disk or magnetic tape) at Seller's expense. 4) Full documentation of all code, a programmer's reference guide (minimum 1 page for every 3 pages of code), and inline comments for every non-blank line of code. 5) Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
