Candle Website

We need a complete solution in a candle website. This needs to be a nice, clean, crisp site...Not cluttered. We will be selling candles via the site using paypal. We will need capabilities for handling email signups, and mailings of specials, etc... User should be able to do the basics of selecting a candle(s) in the following order, 1st (type container), 2nd (size), 3rd (scent), 4th (color), 5th (quantity), shopping cart or price total should auto refresh with any changes in selection. We would need full control over setting the type containers, sizes, colors, etc...via an admin panel area. We would need some control over changing of content,images, etc... Would be nice to have a weekly special image on main page... Winning Developer will be responsible for layout, setup and install of all material on our server. I will continue talks with interested bidders about more detail. Server is linux...Hosted at Godaddy...You can view specs there. This is just the "Basic outline" of the site... Good Luck and Happy Bidding ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Complete and Sole Ownership of all content. ## Platform ASK....Should work with all major browsers.
