Calculate Hebrew date recurring yearly

Hi We have a program that needs to calculate yearly intervals based on the Hebrew dates. The problem we have is when we there are leap years the 6 & 7 months get messed up. If you know the Hebrew calendar you’ll understand exactly what the issue is and how the right way to code it is… I have the code for the screenshot. so the calendar has the right dates between hebrew & english. I just need the function to calculate the correct next year without the 12/13 month problem in the screenshot, in the left side is the first date, on the right side is the date a year later. so the date on the left should really be first day of Adar not nissan (as its now) because the first year on the left is first day of adar2 ...
