Basisc Remote Controls Over IP

Hi There, I.m looking for a softwere to allow a remote control over IP to be able to practice basics operatons from a remote computer over Internet protocol. For example - you know this electic conected "open the door mechanism" that allows you to push a botton on your desk and to open the door of your shop or office, instead of going to the door and open it manualy each time a costumer comes in to the shop, so thats a good example. But what i really need, is something like a virtual throtle, that could be moved by tha mouse for example, on a remote computer, and hance move a real throtle somewere else, which of caurse is not only softwere, since i´ll need the mechanic parts as well. So actually what im looking for is a device that could genereta variable electric power somewhere else, like a rempote controles dimmer, if you wish. i´ll be glad to have any suggestion and new ideas. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows, XP for example but i dont care if it will be some other version
