Article Submitter Script

I need a script or software that can do the following: 1. Submit articles one at a time to over 100 article directories (that I manually add to the script). 2. Automatically fill in blanks in article directories except for category -- which I fill in manually. Include my name, address, email address, keywords, summary, etc. 3. Has a place where I submit up to 10 different titles and 5 different author resource boxes and three versions of the article content -- divided into paragraphs. (This is for each article.) 4. Needs a randomizer so it will randomly shuffle the following three elements: A. Up to ten titles B. Individual paragraphs of each article's content However, these paragraphs need to be in the order as written -- just exchanged for the other paragraphs in the order I wrote the article. For example, paragraph one in version A is exchanged for paragraph one in versions B and C. Paragraph two in version A is exchanged for paragraph two in versions B and C, etc. C. Five author resource boxes. 5. This means that when I submit an article, each article will be different because the titles are varied, the article's paragraphs are individually numerically shuffled, and the resource box is shuffled. 6. Automatically adds my profile to each article directory. 7. Has word count in it. 8. Submits resource box as html or text as required by the individual article directory. 9. If this program runs as a script on my server, then the designer needs to install it. I use PHP 4.4.2 or 5. I can't use ASP.NET. 10. I need the creator of this script to be available to me if I have questions or to fix bugs as they come up.
