Affiliate system software

I am interested in buying an existing or if somebody can specify and program a professional affiliate software. It should be something similar to netrefer affiliate software ([login to view URL]) used by [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] or/and something similar to income access ([login to view URL]) affiliate software used by [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] WARNING, IF YOU ARE GOING TO PROGRAM A QUICK SCRIPT OR HAVE A PHP SCRIPT OR OPEN SOURCE AFFILIATE SOFTWARE, PLEASE DO NOT CONTINUE. I NEED A REAL AFFILIATE SYSTEM THAT IS MODERN AND CAN HANDLE A LOT OF TRANSACTIONS. As I am looking for somebody who has or did create an affiliate software for a Gambling ( sports betting / Poker / Casino ) company or project or for any other real money site as spread betting, bingo or a famous social network. The affiliate software has to be modern and NOT PROGRAMMED IN ANY MICROSOFT .NET ENVIROMENT. Support both link banner tags as well as cookie banner tags with an option to configure how long before the cookie banner tag expires. Also needed is different ways of affiliation such as revenue share deals, cpa deals, ppc deals, fixed + revenue share etc. etc. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
