Take a look at [login to view URL] it's somekind of donation toplist.
Webmasters can sign up to include a small piece of code into their website to collect donations from peoples or companies which want to advertise on their site.
Every time a webmaster receives a donation the banner of the company that donated is displayed on TOP Donation List.
If another company doubles the prices, the first banner moves to 2nd place on donation toplist and the new donation is displayed on top of the list...
Whole system is already working, so there is no need to change anything, i just want you to add the following feature:
Because the price for the banner doubles each time a donation is made, it rapidly rises:
1
2
4
8
16
32
64
128
256
.
.
.
But: No company is willing to pay several hundred bugs to advertise on a private or semiprofessional website.
So i whant to start a new donation round after a variable number of days ($days).
The timestamp of the last donation that was made on a specific site is already stored in my database. So all we have to do is to compare this timestamp with actual day and we know how long ago last donation on this site is.
If it is <$days, number of days till reset should be shown. If its >=$days system should be reset, that means that all donations for this site_id (except the 4 default donations) should be deleted from database to start a new donation cycle...
Hope you all understand what i want you to do, feel free to ask if anything is not clear...
