I have a PHP auto-login page that needs to be modified so that only visitors from certain approved IP addresses should be able to access. The page is attached.
What I need is some way to restrict access to the page contents only to those visitors who come from the approved IP address(es). If the visitor does not originate from an approved address, he/she will get a message:
"Sorry, this is a restricted page that can only be accessed from within the UCHSC network."
I would need to be able to edit the error message to change "UCHSC" to whatever I want and also I would need to be able to edit the 'approved' IP addresses.
Here are some examples of the IP addresses provided by one of our customers:
140.226.*.*
168.200.*.*
I hope this explains it completely.
I have attached the PHP page we use for the PHP auto login page.
