Activex OCX development

Here is my solution. If later we have an ActiveX security problem (and we will and we already have it and more so with IE 7.0) where ActiveX will not open a TCP/IP link to the camera because the ActiveX component was downloaded from Dynotrack (different IP), then I will add a **RELAY** software in side the [login to view URL] **relay** is a tiny piece of code that does the following. Then you log onto Dynotracks, Dynotrack would look up the camera's IP address and port. From there is would form the HTML web page to that the ActiveX / OCX code that going to be downloaded from the camera. However, that ActiveX/OCX component is NOT in the camera. What will happen is that as the camera starts to receive a request for that ActiveX / OCX that does not exists on it's camera memory, it would immediately open a separate TCP/IP connection to Dynotrack web server and download the ActiveX/OCX from Dynotrack, but not storing it in the camera, but just relaying it out to the IE browser that is asking for it. This fools the infrastructure and makes it all work, andsolves a major problem with the camera's memory and makes sure the camera always gets a new version of the OCX..Please do not send me a generic " We are a company based in_____" send me your expertise that you have worked on such a activex OCX control and can assist me in getting this done. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
