ASP.NET 2.0 Customizable Page (my.msn.com)

Need an enhancement to an existing asp.net project. The project is in asp.net 2.0 and it was started from a Microsoft template for a corporate site. It is the corporate template from this site: [login to view URL] The enhancement is a customizable web page that the user can move boxes around and change the layout as they like. We need it to work exactly as [login to view URL] We won't have as many boxes as [login to view URL] but the moving columns, moving boxes, and saving them for a user will stay the same. Also, the way the boxes look will need to mimic [login to view URL] exactly. They are slightly transparent and very intuitive. The project is in vb.net asp.net 2.0. It will need to have the same exact drag/drop functionality as my.msn.com. When a user changes the layout or content of the page it will need to be saved in our sql database (new tables and stored procedures will need to be developed by the coder for this project). The page would need to check and see if they are a registered user and if not it should ask them to sign in or register. There will need to be registration page built that interacts with the built in sql login tool for asp.net 2.0. The page and all supporting detail that makes the page work will need to be created. Basically, an exact copy of the way [login to view URL] works and looks minus some of the extra stuff (add content from anywhere - our content will be more static). 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
