AFFILIATE NETWORKING IDEA

Hi, I am trying to start a charity website. As part of the fundraising, I am going to do some typical affiliate marketing. Additionally, I have thought of a new type of affiliate marketing where the charity can do fundraising by forming its own affiliate network. The charity is not selling anything. But my idea is to use a software program where merchants who sell products can sign up with us and we get a % of purchases made on their sites from visitors we send to them. We would target and try to sign up the many smaller merchants who do not have affiliate networks in place since they can be expensive to buy or difficult to manage. Also people who sign up as our affiliates would get a % of purchases made by visitors they send to us when these visitors buy from merchants we have ourselves affiliated with, like Amazon. Now, I searched long and hard to find an affiliate marketing software company that had software capable of doing this. Finally, I found one company, Alstrasoft, that promised me that they had a program that could do this. <[login to view URL]> The problem is that I purchased this software months ago and I can not get it to work properly. The company has lousy customer service and has not been helpful. I wanted to post a link to my latest ticket that I wrote the ticket ten days ago so you bidders could get an idea of what is going on but the link contains an "at" sign like in an email link and Scriptlance will not allow contact info to be posted. Anyway, this is what I would like to know. Do you know of a way I can get this working or can you build a system for me that can help me do this? Or perhaps you know of someone that makes a better product than can help me accomplish my goal?
