Data entry, research, and modification (MS Excel)

We are looking for a data entry personnel who are familiar with car type, make and models to make MANUAL little modifications on our EXCEL spreadsheet. In this project; it is essential to be connected to the internet at all time to research items on our database Our database consists of auto parts and modification kits and we would like to trim it down to only include essential fields that we deemed necessary for our purpose... The file to work on and the Instructions are posted on the Excel file "[login to view URL]" attachment. And on the excel(description column), put a reference number so that i can relate to which description is for which item. There are lots of repeats so this is not for every single item.(looked at item name on the sheet "raw data" about the repeats) This is not a complex project; I might say it's fairly easy and straightforward (less than half a minute for every item); however, I am looking for a substantial time commitment, QUALITY, and accurate results within days.
