This deliverable file already includes all the formatting, and example of the first few records from the MI sheet. You will note that one line in the source file may include 1 or 2 more records to the right, so make sure to scroll to the right for every line. 2) See the 3 source files 1S [login to view URL], 1S [login to view URL] and 1S W.xls. Look in the file 1S [login to view URL], the top rows include comments which show how to format the file.
