Data Entry Excel

Scope: Data Entry, or rather data formatting and reconversion. I have 2 types of files, each of them you must re-format in order to have everything in Excel as one database, therefore one row per record. Please be careful when quoting: if you do it manually, it might take up to 40 hours of work. Maybe some of you will be smart enough to develop some macro’s which will automate the work, but I personally have no such solution. For all bids: - Please clearly state that you haver carefully read and agree with the scope of the work; - Please state when you are ready to start; - How many people will work on it; - When you expect to finish; - I require a short status report every 2 days, where you tell me how many records you have done, and whether you expect delays in the delivery. ## Deliverables Detail job: 1) See file Logisticks book [login to view URL] (this is the source file that you need to re-format): there are 3 sheets (KK, MI, W), which you must convert as per format in the file Logisticks book RAC [login to view URL] (this is the deliverable file). This deliverable file already includes all the formatting, and example of the first few records from the MI sheet. You will note that one line in the source file may include 1 or 2 more records to the right, so make sure to scroll to the right for every line. 2) See the 3 source files 1S [login to view URL], 1S [login to view URL] and 1S W.xls. Look in the file 1S [login to view URL], the top rows include comments which show how to format the file. You must convert these 3 files as per format in file 1S RAC [login to view URL] (this is the deliverable file). 2 additional Notes: - You will see sometimes the value “Переменный процент от сбора за прокат?? (for instance, file 1S [login to view URL], row 55), in such case simply leave the value in the file 1S RAC [login to view URL], column percentage, as blank; - The column “Minimum Guarantee?? in the file 1S [login to view URL] should normally be set to “0??. For all files, make sure that: - Dates are recorded as dates, not text; - All leading and trailing spaces are removed: text must be clean; - If you do this manually, I recommend that you copy the content inside the cell ??" that facilitates the task as you don’t have to select Paste Special>Values (for not copying the format). The end product must be the 2 excel files Logisticks RAC 1 xls, and 1S RAC 2.xls. Please do not change the formatting of these files. ## Platform Excel
