Copy entries from a Business Directory and create a new one

Hello, we are planning on releasing a new Business directory that will be based on SOBI2 and Joomla. I need someone to find a way to copy all entries from an existing Business Directory (about 100.000 entries) For that the freelancer must make a script to extract the data to our Mysql. Every page of the existing Business directory is created based on specific format (it is a CMS) so the proceedure must not be difficult to extract the data. The data then will be imported to SOBI2 mysql database without problems as SOBI2 is open source. Mention that all entries are in Greek. I will handle the Joomla and SOBI2 installation of the new Directory so the freelancer will only put the entries at MySQL. Another way to do this is to create an automated script to inject entries from the old Business Directory (vres . gr) to the new one and have an option to update once in a while, finding all duplicate entries and thus making an image of the old Directory to the new one.
