College Level Writing Assignments

I need two of my assignments to be completed by Saturday. One of them is a paper which should be around 3-4 pages in APA Format. Knowledge of the APA format of papers is a must for all the bidders. However, I have attached an APA Sample document with the assigment details. The second assignment is a memorandum (does not need APA format). So, I would be hoping to get bids from writers who know how to write good papers and memorandums for a college Masters level course. Also care should be taken not to copy material from websites. Whenever some material is copied, it should be referenced properly and every paper requires atleast 4 references on the reference page and in-text citation. Its not as hard as it sounds..but dont want to leave out any details. The writer who would complete these assignments in time, will keep getting regular work for the next 1 year or so. Other assignments would include writing answers to Discussion Questions which is usually a 200-300 word explanation or answer to a question posted to the entire class.
