Hello All.. Although this is a tiny project I always use chosen freelancers for any future work. Work to be done: Simple CSS Design A simple INDEX page with the following inputs: First Name: Joe Surname: Bloggs Town/City: Town County: County Google Analytics Code: UA-XXXXX-Y Captcha Box MySQL Database With the above tables to store Results Page: First Name: Joe Surname: Bloggs Town/City: Town County: County Google Analytics Code: Meta tag information must display the following: Title: Description: Basic Admin Page: (see attached photo) XML Valid Sitemap: A paginated sitemap that creates new page after 49k example: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] etc.. Extra Notes: On results page user information should display like the following: [login to view URL] Things to think about when creating this script: Duplicated Names Errors submitted by users with the same name? Users that submit double barreled names and double barreled towns, could cause database troubles errors etc.. Attached are rough paint drawings of the script.
