CSS and tidy up of existing HTML and PHP My Directory Websi

I'm looking for somewhere familiar with PHP my directory, who can fix up / tidy up / make an existing website look better. There is some custom code that has been developed in the PHP script, so it is very important that it is not affected. Mainly CSS knowledge (i think) will be needed for this part IMPORTANT; The custom PHP code is a basic form and upload page, which links to an iPhone application. If you can take the existing PHP my directory code, and somehow move it to a more user friendly wordpress/CMS website, then this will be ideal!
