Bitrix & GoldMine integration

I am looking for a programmer that is VERY familiar with Bitrix CMS and GoldMine software to do some modifications. The project has 2 parts: Part 1- make modifications to the email templates and php code in the Bitrix system so it will send email notifications in a format that will import directly into GoldMine automatically. Part 2 - Configure the Bitrix system php files to interface with, and update, both sides of the MS SQL and My SQL databases to share information. I am looking for this work to be done and delivered by September 30. I will provide and escrow payment for 50% of the agreed amount upon acceptance of your bid. Once we have finished the beta process. I will release the deposit and place the remaining amount in Escrow. I will NOT release the remaining amount until delivery of the code and testing on MY SERVER in my environment. The final payment will be released immediately upon successful completion of the testing. We may split this project into 2 parts as agreed by both parties. Note: Please do not respond or reply to this project without knowledge of both systems. Don't waste my time or yours. I know the systems and how to do the work, but don't have the time. In your response indicate your level of expertise with both systems. If you do not that you will not even be considered. In a day or so, I will contact those that are qualified and ask a series of detailed questions that will further the elimination process.
