**URGENT**** This project i need some functions written to run a simulation I have written loop (using the curses library) in which a character (Bill) needs to arrive at a target (his dog Sam). Bill (denoted by a *) is to be scripted using AI ( a c function that is simple) to arrive at Sams location (denoted by a X). Unfortunately for Bill, there are large boulders (denoted by a O) in the way in the game scenarios I have provided you. You will need to take my template program and do the follwing: I have a make file to help out. **Step 1** : In this application, you will need a way to determine if Bills next position your script has chosen will hit a boulder. Fill in the function hit_obstacle as defined in the main program. This function needs to be written fully inline with SPARC Asm. **Step 2**: Create the AI script for Bill in C. The way this should be done is to use an aggressive script where Bill tries to move one step closer to Sam on the X axis (Left or Right) and then if that fails, move on the Y axis (Up/Down). If both fail, then Bill has gotten stuck and will need to move back on the X axis and then needs to be forced to move on the Y axis during the next turn. The goal is to make this AI smart enough to solve the given scenarios, so you do not need to make this AI too complex. This is pretty simple and straightfoward. This program is goignt o be used as a small simulation as a demo. This program needs to be able to compile in gcc and run in unix (as suggested by the make file. The function that needs to be in ASM (assembly is near bottom. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Will need to compile and run on gcc in Unix The attcahments can be viewed in wordpad to see them claery.
