D3D or OpenGL Scene

This project is a little DirectX or OpenGL sample scene. The project must include these : - Open a D3D or OpenGL scene in full screen or in a window - the background of these scene is a bitmap. - the scene is in 3D with z-order - it show from 1 to 10 pictures (taken from 32bits 1000x700 pixels bitmap) - the mouse position is showed on the scene by a 16x16px spot - each picture is rendered in 3D with anti-aliasing - each picture can be moved by mouse action - each picture can be resized by mouse action - each picture can be selected - each selected picture can be zoomed by mouseWheel - each selected picture can rotate around X axis with Ctrl+mouseWheel - each selected picture can rotate around Y axis with Alt+mouseWheel - each selected picture can rotate around Z axis with Alt+Ctrl+mouseWheel - each time the mouse cursor is hover a picture, it show and trace the 2D mouse position in the hovered picture coordinate (0,0 for top-left picture and 1000,700 for bottom-right picture). - run under MS Windows XP - developped in visual C++ 6 or 7 - Use of OpenGL or DirectX 8 or 9 (use the better in perf). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform - MS Windows XP - MS Visual C++ 6 or 7 - OpenGL or DirectX 8 or 9.
