Cut JPG into multiple bitmaps (Windows Mobile VC++)

The project is to deliver a DLL and sample application. The DLL must be a VC++ project for smart devices and the sample application a C# .net compact framework (preferrably 3.5) application. The DLL should expose the following functionality, which the sample application should demonstrate: - Read a JPG/PNG file from a filesystem or from a stream - Get the header data from a JPG file (at least the width and height should be available) - Return a 2-dimensional array of bitmaps that represent the decompressed image. The parameters of the function should be the maximum width and the maximum height of a bitmap in that array. This means that the function returns an array that has Bitmap-tiles made from the image of the JPG. Pseudocode: Bitmap[] GetBitmapsFromFile(int maxwidth, int maxheight,string Path); Bitmap[] GetBitmapsFromFile(int maxwidth, int maxheight,Stream MyStream); The sample application should be able to read an image from the filesystem and display any of the tiles. ## Deliverables It must work under windows mobile 5 and windows mobile 6. No third party products are allowed.
