Connection Manager OCX control

We require an MFC activeX control, written in eVC++ 4.0, that can be called via jscript on a PDA (Pocket PC 2002 and higher). The control needs to provide 2 functions: 1. Provide a property that indicates whether a GPRS connection is currently active. 2. Provide a method where a GPRS connection can be activated. This functionality already exists in a sample application CMHELPER that comes with the PPC SDK. What we require is that this functionality be taken across into an activeX control so that the features can be accessed via javascript. The control should have no user interface. The control should target the ARM processor. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as a software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Pocket PC 2002 and higher.
