Commercial Spy Software

This software will be provided as a commercial recording software for computer owners who want to know what is being done on their computer when they are not around. The software will be installed at the user's request and will never be used without the computer owners knowledge the software should be able the capture emails sent, chat conversations, web pages visited, files created deleted and regular screenshots. optionally if the computer owner decides, the software should be able to hide itself from a Running Processes query and should be able to hide its binary and log files as well. Logs should be saved in encrypted format and compressed , it should have the option to be emailed or uploaded through FTP to a remote site. Two separate application will be needed as well, 1) a configuration utility which a user will use to save a configuration file which the recording software will use to determine its behavior. 2) a log viewer utility to view the saved log files. (these application should not be dependent on the main software and vice-versa) The main priority at design time should be implementing error handling and recovery. In a situation where an exception is unavoidable the software should remain silent and close itself without causing a bad experience for the computer user. Actual design and implementation will need to be discussed before development. "I confirm under penalty of perjury that this project will run with full knowledge and permission of the computer owner and will not violate any U.S. laws" ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 2000, XP, 2003, Vista, (all in 32 and 64 bit)
