College Assignment

This project is about implementing an IEEE paper for a college assignment. Accuracy of the output and quality of code is very important as this assignment carries much weightage in scores. You will be paid only (no milestone created) after the successful completion of the project. No payment will be made if the project is left out at half-way mark or with errors. The code should be well commented and it should be working. You should submit a overview design of your implementation before starting up the project. We reserve rights to abort the project and allot to some other freelancer if we find you are not seriously working on this. Please go through this paper carefully and bid only if you can complete it successfully. Also, please send me a private message mentioning how you are going to implement it(i.e. languages, technologies) while bidding otherwise your bid will not be considered.
