Collect Windowsw Media Player info and post to a file

I need to create a simple log of what Windows Media Player does. The info I want to capture is: Date, Location (or PC name), Media Item name, date/time media starts playing, date/time media finishes playing, total run time for file, playback successful (yes or no) The player will only have 2-3 video items in the play list. It will reset after playback and be ready to go again. Expect 20-30 playbacks of a 3 minute video every day. I know that Windows Media Server has the log capability. I need someone to write a script capture it and convert it to a CSV,PDF,XPS or similar file. It could be saved locally or uploaded or emailed once a day. Interested in hearing your thoughts on how to do it best.
