Avi splitter and joiner component

I'm looking for component that join 2 or more avi and mpeg2 compressed or uncompressed files, must support video and audio, and join the files without recompress if the files are already compressed, and a another component to split an avi and mpeg2 file, I need to define start and stop time at that the source file will split the new file, i should maitain the same compression and quality settings and not use recompression. The files will be divided with keyframe. I would like both components/filters process files very quickly, since there are no recompression. Components without mpeg2 codec but multiplex and De-multiplex. The result avi files should maintain the same quality and play in any avi player using standars codecs. component must compress avi to any directshow codec and support multi-pass. componets must support crop, resize, Deinterlacer, interlacer, change framerete and add logo to video. I would prefer this done in .net ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
