Adult Webcam Site

I am looking for a site similar to peekshows dot com. I want visitors to be able to chat with video hosts without signing up (chat only, no video). After signing up, members will be able to view hosts webcam feeds, buy tokens (Price of tokes should be able to be changed in admin area, as well as be able to set times for "happy hour purchasing"), and use tokens to view hosts cam in a 1 on 1 setting (at a price perminute which will be set by the host). Every Sunday, I will need a detailed report to be generated by the site and sent to me, telling me the income of each host (tokens will need to be tracked so that the system knows how much was paid for them when the customer uses them to view a feed). Also, weekly I would like a report generated and sent to me to rank the hosts by minutes sold for a ratings type system, that report should come weekly, monthly, and yearly. I would also like viewers to be able to rate each host, having several categories such as best show, best but, and so on, and have a little icon award to show next to the listing of the top 3 hosts in each category. This will also require a program that can be downloaded by new hosts, which will allow them to log on to our site, set a price, start, stop and pause their cam feed. From the hosts site, there should be two chat screens, one which will go only to their own room, and one that has only other chat hosts in it, so that hosts may comunicate back and forth about customers that are going through the room (a great feature for weeding out beggers right away). Hosts should also have the option of being able to kick users off of their chat room, and from their video feed, so they are not treated rudely. The admin area should be able to log into chats, 1 on 1 sessions, and the hosts private chat room without showing up in the user list, so that the site can be monitored at any time without the hosts knowing they are being watched. Also the admin area should have access to each hosts personal info, name age, address, and so on, as well as store copies of scans of photo ID, and contract. On the hosts signup area, there should be a downloadable contract, in PDF format that they are required to sign and return. Members credit cards will not be stored on the site at all, they purchase tokens before they are able to view private shows, and therefor no need to keep credit card info on file I think I have said about everything that is majorly important... Please PM me if you have further questions. We are trying to keep the budget of this as low as we can, and may consider keeping the designer on for updates, and tech support for our company. We put a lot of detail into this add, however the work itself shouldn't be to much, I have an understanding of how PHP works, I know that one page can easily be reused for several pages, which is why we have set so low of a budget, and actually I am sure it could be done for even less.
