Asterisk AJAm : Assisted Transfer

Need an Asterisk Programmer for a quick job. Create the following web based Functionality that allows for Assisted transfers Parties Involved Party A is from PSTN network Party B is from PSTN network Party C is within an Asterisk IP PBX Party A call Party C's Extension. Party C puts Party A on Hold Party C calls Party B If Party B accepts the call, Party C puts Party B on Hold Party C reconnects to Party A and tell him that Party B will take party A's call Party C connects Party A to Party B and leaves the call Somewhere in the conversation if party B may need to party C again Party A will be put on hold again Party C's phone will ring Party C picks up the call and speaks to party B Depending on instruction , Party C may need to connect with party A Party B drops the call Party C Connects and speaks with party A If party B rejects/busy/unavailable the call Party C reconnects to Party A The solution needs to be ON THE WEB, meaning calling, parking etc. We are currently on Asterisk 1.4 Calling and joining calls need to be done using a web browser no flash!, no FOP ajam is fine
