Develop Existing Whatsapp Software or start from scratch

Just had a bad experience with someone so "Bid only if you are sensitive about your clients" Deadline - 10 days maximum, If I like your software, interface, execution. I may give you 10% extra as a bonus, after satisfactory results and completion of the project. Bidder must be able to prove previous experience of doing similar project. Otherwise, don't bid. Project Description: 1. I need a website to auto bulk sending whatsapp message. (Bidder needs to tell me how many whatsapp msg can be sent Every day or Every hour so that whats app number will not get blocked) 2. Allow logged in user to upload contact list via csv, txt, xls or xlsx 3. Can separate and detect the phone number into contact list to whatsapp (if have whatsapp or dont have whatsapp) ( like a scrubbing tool) 4. Report interface shows how many phone numbers have whatsapp, how many whatsapp are successfully sent, how many are not sent (must be able to download the reports in excel or PDF 5. Can send Text, Images, Audio, Video Messages. Can add signatures in free messages and Can have templates. 6. Credits Scoring system ( deducting of points on every sent msg) 7. Credits Transfer System ( Deducting points for message filtration) 8. Whitelabel Options for Account Owner, Resellers and Sub resellers 9. Proxies (if needed be) 10. Would require complete ownership of this software and I should be able to customize it completely, so would need documentation or Main Installation file. 11. Instead of adding Sender Id's Manually , there must be the option to Add manually or Import Sender Id's. +++Payouts will be in 3 Stages >>>>Payment will only be released after successful testing of the software+++ 1) Once you show me a demo and you confirm me the Time frame and assures me all the features and functionally - Demo and Installation (25% will be es crowed and released) 2) once you install that API and script and confirms me its working, We will run the test for next 15 - 20 days to ensure all features promised has been added and there no glitches in using it (will release 25%) Complete Working of the Software 3) After success full implementation of it on to 1 more web servers and on going support for next 3 months) will release remaining 25% + 25%Complete I have VPS already. Desktop Application will not help. I need a Web Application for this.
