automatic link exchange portal

I'm looking for a similar clone to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] It's a link exchange portal which manages link exchanges for MULTIPLE users. Users can register and pick other users that they wish to exchange links with out of the on-site directory. Users can then select if they wish to exchange the link or not. These features must be included: * Automatic verification of backward links * Automatic retrieval of Google Page rank of the sites linking back * Automatic retrieval of Alexa Page Rank * Automatic retrieval of screenshots of sites * Automatic generation of link pages on all member sites * Automatic password reminding features * Complete user, site and category management " the link exchange should also be able to exchange with websites where more than one domain is hosted in a single web hosting account as godaddy does. What I mean is in one hosting account there are more than one domain name and the link exchange should be able to do individually for all of them. admin should be able to decide how many links a member is able to exchange everyday. admin should be able to make special members exchange links automatically with other members. The software of [login to view URL] is available for $400. It has some errors/bugs. It appears that the guy who designed the software left the company and those present now in the company are not able to rectify/fix it. I can buy the software and if you can remove the errors/bugs fix it, that is also fine. thanks,
