First of all, the person will be picked by the best examples they can send, to include: Screenshots of what my site would look like on a certain page, etc. I will try not to pick the lowest bid. If you bid a large amount but show me detailed screenshots of what you can do to my site, then I may pick you. For instance, sometimes people will basically design one of my pages, take a screenshot, and send it to me. This is the best way as I know that you can make my site look like this. I am looking for a complete overhaul here. You may want to consider starting from scratch, however, only choose to do this if you can get the 70 members I currently have, plus whichever ones register in the near future, transferred to the new system. If you do this you do not have to use PHP as long as you can get the users current information from the mySQL database and carry it to your new script. I would like the first page to look more eye catching such as [login to view URL] Login to [login to view URL] using the following username: Carlos and password: 621355872 Do a sample search, and view someone's details. I would like the front page made to look more eye popping such as the above mentioned link, I would like the search page made to look better, I would like the search results page made to look better such as the search results page on [login to view URL] (yes, go search really fast on [login to view URL] and see what I'm talking about)... I would like each person's details page to not look the same anymore. Please make this more interesting as well. Feel free to check out either [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]'s details page. Of course the rest of the site will have to also be updated so that there won't be 1 single page that resembles the old look. I am thinking about perhaps using a white background, but you show me what you can do, I'm definately not the designer. Now that you all have looked over my site, came up with ideas on what you can do, please listen to this. I also need the following addons done: ## Deliverables 1. The main page should contain a QUICK search box, SIGNUP button, login of course, and cookies should be activated so that if they choose so, they will not have to login every time they visit the site. 2. The site needs an internal mail system so that people can send eachother mail. Right now if someone sends a message an email from our site gets sent to the recipient. Creating an inbox would force users to check their mail producing more banner impressions. The mail system will be small and only needs to have reply, delete, report harassment. Of course you will be designing cute little icons for all of these functions. Just make them look good. 3. Some content - I would like to offer some content on my page such as updated military news and stuff like that. I know I can use [login to view URL] because they offer headlines, but you will make it look good on the site (if you can format it differently or whatever). 4. Affiliate program - People will be able to direct their friends to join by sending them to their link (hopefully it can be made easy to remember like [login to view URL]) +Affiliate members will be able to view their statistics as far as who's currently paying a membership fee. Oh yeah, also :) They only get money for preferred users.. So unless the user they have sent becomes preferred, they get nothing. Perhaps the list will show all people, and show wether or not they became preferred. If a user stops the recurring billing (I use [login to view URL]) they will no longer receive money for this. This must be automated. Also, right now if someone cancels their recurring billing, I will have to manually update their information and figure out how many days left they have before I deactivate their preferred status,.. If you can automate this a little bit more for me so it doesn't take so much thinking :) Maybe there is a way to allow them to cancel their credit card billing from the site, and script will look at the day their card was billed and deactivate preferred status 30 days afterwards or something. Just make this more easy to do please. 5. I should be able to create admin accounts that will allow selected individuals to accept or deny pictures that are uploaded. 6. The script should be bug free unless you intend to offer support until it is bug free. Please only bid if you are qualified enough to do so. I am tempted to contact a professional web designing company here in the U.S., however, I think they charge too much money. This site needs to look great, and be 100% operational very soon. ## Platform The script will run on UNIX, however if you use ASP and completely redo the entire site from scratch, windows will be fine.
